By completing the wifeposter membership form you are agreeing to the terms of this agreement. These terms and conditions can be changed at the discretion of Tarrob Web Services. It is up to each individual to refer to this page for any amendments. Once you have submitted the join form you have become a 'member'. If there are any credit charges they will appear as "Tarrob Web Services" on your credit card or checking account statement.

For ease of administration and to ensure all members are kept satisfied all membership fees will be automatically billed against the members credit card or checking account number, which has been provided on the membership form. Automatic renewal will occur on 30 day billing cycles after the initial plan period has finished. The first months membership is $4.95, then he amount billed monthly is $4.95.

Members user name and password must not be distributed to others. This will result in immediate suspension of service.

Tarrob Web Services has the right to refuse membership to any individual and have the right to cancel a membership. Membership fees are non-refundable.

Tarrob Web Services has the right to terminate any membership where it is found that automated programs are being used to copy the member database.

SECURITY AND NON-ASSIGNABILITY: Members are responsible for providing Tarrob Web Services with notification of new credit card details once their card has expired for continuation of service. Members must also promptly inform Tarrob Web Services of the following: changes in home or billing address; apparent breaches of security, such as loss, theft, or unauthorized disclosure or use of an ID or password. Until Tarrob Web Services is notified by e-mail of a breach in security, the Member will remain liable for any unauthorized use of the Service. Upon request, Members will be given access to billing records that support charges for use of the website.

Without limitation Tarrob Web Services does not offer any warranty to any aspect of the service be it a service provided directly by Tarrob Web Services or a 3rd party source.

This Agreement in its entirety contains the entire agreement between the member and Tarrob Web Services.
